Ms. Whiter is an instructor in the Medical Laboratory Science program at Jefferson College of Health Sciences, in Roanoke, VA. She covers the disciplines of hematology, hemostasis; clinical chemistry; blood banking; urinalysis and body fluids. She is a practicing Medical Laboratory Scientist at a 900+ bed Level 1 trauma center hospital, in addition to performing reference work for facilities in the surrounding area. Ms. Whiter, who has nine years of clinical experience, currently works in the Special Hematology department, where she specializes in hematology and hemostasis testing.
